fire in the great fireplace. There are many comfortable places to

one’s well-being, and to stay at Canestrello is surely good for the
health.

spacious, pleasingly hospitable interiors are ideal for sharing various
moments of the day, such as the sumptuous breakfast, and for being
together at dinner: in fact there is a bright, large
kitchen where you can try your hand at preparing local peasant
dishes.
You can do it by yourself or with friends giving free play to your
creativity on the burners, or with the instruction of Rosetta, our
friend who is great artist of flavors, you can take a real cooking
class.
It is nice to learn and appreciate, while at the same being amused
by Giorgio’s frequent incursions in the kitchen, the local products
found in the countryside.
